Tough Time ahead in Freelance Content Writing Business

What I am going to tell here today is the practical scenario of the Content writer in the competitive job world today. In the Initial days when competition was not more, the freelance writers used to earn a good 5 figure income comfortably sitting at home with jobs flowing in.Today, it speaks a different picture.

Yes! I do agree that we still have plenty of content writing jobs displayed over all the leading freelance job sites like Elance, Guru, Freelancer, etc but same can be said about the Hundreds of Content writers from all over the Globe bidding hard to get the contract.

The Problem is not with the huge inflow of new freelancers jumping into the content writing world to make money but the way the pricing war goes for each contract, it needs attention. Few content writers are lowering the prices at the lowest of lowest to tempt the client. This gives minimal chance for the existing professional writer who has earned a good reputation in the online content writing world and been quoting good rates.

There needs to be a standard among Professional Content writers depending on the Yrs of Experience, their expertise and online rating that should be treated seriously else in a lesser time we  see less of those professional writers.
